SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Band of the Wild pieces are handmade in California in small batches. Some items are ready to ship, while others may require additional time to be completed before leaving our studio.

Processing times vary by product and season. During busy periods, especially Halloween, please allow additional time for handmade items to be completed. Please refer to the individual product page for current processing information.

TRACKING & PRE-TRANSIT

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once a shipping label has been created. Please note that your tracking may initially show “Pre-Transit,” “Label Created,” or “UPS/USPS Awaiting Item.”

This means your label has been prepared, but your order may still be receiving its final finishing touches or waiting to be scanned by the carrier. Tracking will update once the package has been accepted and scanned.

DELIVERY TIMES

Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier. Delivery dates shown by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by delays outside of our control.

HALLOWEEN & TIME-SENSITIVE ORDERS

If you need your order for Halloween, a birthday, trip, or another specific date, please order as early as possible. Unless specifically confirmed by us, we cannot guarantee delivery by a particular event date.
