The White Rabbit Costume

“I’m late! I’m late!” Inspired by Alice in Wonderland’s famously hurried White Rabbit, this soft cotton costume is made for Halloween adventures, imaginative play, and whimsical family photos.

The costume begins with a comfortable cotton pajama top and bottom that can be worn long after dress-up is over. Over the pajamas is a quilted cotton tunic with side ties, a small pocket, and a textured red heart patch made from deadstock tufted fabric.

The full look includes a cotton bunny hat with soft pink-lined ears, along with a wonderfully full ruffle collar and matching bloomer shorts made from sheer, geometric-patterned deadstock organza. A gold-tone pocket watch with chain completes the White Rabbit look—and makes it clear that this little bunny has somewhere very important to be.
